The only way Philip could find out what a deckchair looks like in the snow was to set a few of them out when the forecast predicted it. He got the title from the Beatles' track "Here Comes The Sun", which was playing during the emergency procedure to insert his first stent in a freezing operating theatre. Meanwhile, the painting, which Philip had started as a demonstration at a charity event called "The Mayor's Arty Party", sat half-finished on the easel in his studio quietly awaiting his survival.
